Job Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect each container for correct dimensions and labeling
- Assist with prepping, pouring, and labeling candles

Growth Marketing Manager - DTC & CRM
About The Position
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager – DTC & CRM to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through our direct-to-consumer channels. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will own the customer journey from first click to repeat purchase, with a relentless focus on KPIs, customer lifetime value, and sustainable growth. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will own the DTC customer lifecycle and manage and develop a small team (2+ direct reports) while remaining hands-on in strategy and execution.
You’ll be both strategic and hands-on as you jump into this role, with your first project being the creation and management of a loyalty program. You will also oversee our email and text message program to ensure goals are achieved, paid advertising, optimizing website performance, and leveraging CRM to drive personalized, data-driven campaigns. You’ll also lead a small team including our Website/SEO lead, Email Marketing specialist, and advertising contractors, ensuring that site experience, merchandising, and campaigns are fully optimized for growth and conversion.
While you’ll collaborate with other channel leads for marketing (Amazon, Faire, Wholesale), your primary mandate is to scale the DTC channel, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize long-term profitability. You’ll partner closely with brand, social, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across every touchpoint, ensuring Sweet Water Decor’s story and offers are consistently amplified.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Own DTC Revenue Growth – Be directly accountable for sales performance on sweetwaterdecor.com. Track and optimize KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, and LTV.
- Lead CRM & Lifecycle Marketing – Oversee email, SMS, and retention campaigns to drive engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term customer value.
- Create & Own Loyalty Program – Design, launch, and manage a loyalty program that strengthens customer relationships, boosts retention, and increases referrals.
- Oversee Growth Marketing Channels – Manage paid channels (Google, Meta, Pinterest, retargeting) to efficiently acquire and retain customers with strong ROI.
- Partner with Social Media – Collaborate with the Social Media Team on campaign KPIs, timing, and insights to ensure social drives traffic and supports DTC goals.
- Partner with Brand/Creative – Submit requests and work closely with the Brand Manager to develop and approve creative assets. Deploy assets effectively across emails, ads, and the website to maximize conversion.
- Analyze, Report & Optimize – Lead a test-and-learn approach to campaigns (A/B testing, segmentation, offer testing). Deliver weekly/monthly reporting with insights and next-step recommendations.
- Champion Customer-Centric Growth – Ensure every touchpoint reflects Sweet Water Decor’s positioning as an accessible luxury, women-owned brand while driving measurable revenue.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years focused on DTC growth, loyalty programs, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven track record of growing online sales and customer retention through data-driven strategies.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred), paid advertising, analytics, customer segmentation, and website optimization (CRO, SEO, A/B testing).
- Experience building and managing loyalty or rewards programs is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members or contractors.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across teams and align omni-channel campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for home décor, lifestyle brands, and inspiring customers.
