The cooler season is officially upon us! This means pumpkin spice lattes at every coffee shop, apple picking that leads to eating tons of apple pie, and decorating your home in all those autumn colors.
We put together a list of some of our favorite fall activities that we know you will love, too!
fun activities for the fall
1. Get your pumpkin spice fixPumpkin spice only comes around once a year and leaves in the blink of an eye. Make sure that you get your pumpkin spice latte fix from Starbucks before it's gone. An even better way to enjoy your favorite beverage is by drinking it out of a pumpkin spice mug!
2. Go for a hayride
Take a hayride through an apple orchard. Climb the apple trees and pick enough apples to last you the week. Bake an amazing apple pie and share it with friends.
It's time to trade in those tropical beach house decorations and begin filling your home with more rustic browns and oranges. Swap out your summery decor for a rustic sign that puts you in the fall mood. We have two wooden signs that are sure to get you excited for all things fall!
4. Carve pumpkins
Go to a pumpkin patch and pick the biggest pumpkin you can find. Carve a scary face but don't throw those pumpkin seeds away! Create the perfect snack by roasting the pumpkin seeds. We love this recipe by Home Cooking Memories!
5. Burn fall candles
Really get into fall by filling your home with the aroma of pumpkin spice, mulled cider, or apple pie. Our pumpkin spice candle takes you to a warm place, sipping on your favorite pumpkin spice latte while making a warm pumpkin pie, with a wood burning fire glowing in the distance. All of our spiced candles will instantly put you in the fall mood!
6. Have a bonfire with friends
Spend your nights outside with your friends around a campfire toasting marshmallows. If you want to skip the actual fire, you can even bring the smell of toasted marshmallows inside to your home!
7. Have a halloween movie night
Grab your friends, a hot chocolate, and pop in that scary movie. Don't forget to grab those pumpkin seeds for a tasty snack!
Soak up the fall season as much as you can before the snow starts to fall!
