Shipping and Production

We encourage you to shop as early as possible during the Holiday Season! As a small business, we are doing the best we can, working around the clock, to get packages out asap, all while growing our warehouse and production teams to do so. We thank you for shopping small and supporting Sweet Water Decor!

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping not time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Sweet Water Decor. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Sweet Water Decor has no control over shipments once they are picked up by the carrier. All orders have tracking included in the shipping confirmation email, once an order has shipped.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping on retail orders $49+. If you take advantage of this offer, we will ship your order in the most economical way possible. Please keep this in mind when placing holiday/ special orders. Any free shipping option is valid on US standard shipping only for the contiguous US (islands, AK, and HI are excluded) and does not apply to international orders. Free shipping promotion is not active during certain sales and promotions. Offer not valid on Amazon/Buy With Prime orders.

Address Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid before the order can be reshipped. New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items

Sweet Water Decor is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the transit.

Secure Locations

Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, or tracks as delivered but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. USPS at 1-800-222-1811​ or your local post office or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339​. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.


International Shipping

Each customer is responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes that they may incur when shipping to countries outside of the US.

Please Note

USPS International First Class Mail is the least expensive and SLOWEST shipping option for international orders. Orders shipped USPS International First Class can take over a month to arrive and are not able to be tracked once they leave the US. We highly recommend an upgraded shipping option for international orders. If you have any issues with the delivery of your international order please contact the shipping company directly for assistance.


Retail Purchases

All product is for personal use only. All retail purchases are intended for personal use and are not to be resold.


Wholesale Purchases

We sell wholesale all around the world. If you are interested in wholesale, contact us through our wholesale page. Once we receive your information a wholesale representative will be in contact with you shortly.

Please Note

All wholesale purchases must be sold by the purchasing entity and are not to be resold to or on a third party (Etsy, Amazon, etc.). Payment is due at the time of purchase. Wholesale orders are exempt from free shipping and additional discount codes.


Returns

All returns are store credit only.

Ineligible Items for Return

All sales on markdown items, mystery boxes, imperfect products, and Candle of the Month subscriptions are not eligible for returns.

Unused Products

Returns for unused products are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit minus return shipping charges.

Holiday Returns

This window is extended to 30 days for purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas to account for holiday gift giving. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Wrong Item Returns

If you receive the wrong item/s, or if you receive an imperfect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide us with photos of the products, packaging, and your order number. If you received the wrong item please provide us with a picture of the item you did receive including an image of the product barcode if available. If the order arrived with an imperfect item, please include images of the imperfection. We will then issue a replacement order, and if applicable, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the mis-shipped items.
